Borklog: One entry
11 December 2000I've been living in western PA for about 5 months now, and I'm still not used to some of the local food conventions. Much to Rzolf's delight, "Ham BBQ" is the barbeque of choice up here. It's thinly sliced ham soaked in BBQ sauce. At first I thought Ham BBQ was peculiar to the local stop-n-rob that has a deli counter that features Ham BBQ every now and then, but it appears to be a much wider phenomenon. At our local Pizzaria, their "BBQ Hoagie" is also Ham BBQ. I don't particularly like the Ham version all that much (having been brought up on the cow varieety). Oh well.
